Draw a sacred circle around yourself while you heal.
Your Healing process is for you, it’s unique to you and your experiences. Healing past hurts is a  gift that you give yourself while healing and letting go.

  1. Stop playing the victim and blaming others
    We are all wounded in one way or another, at one time or another in one form or another.  We’ve all been injured and hurt.  Through our childhood,  adolescence, adult relationships. Marriages, families, workplaces, and friendships.
  2.  Let it go:  
    Healing is a process, but it’s something that we have to do.  If we keep stuffing things down without dealing with them, they will always keep coming up. but when you uncover it and deal with the hurt, the wound, the pain, you can then move past it, letting it go. Freeing you from dragging it around with you letting it weigh you down, and you can then move forward.
  3.  Acknowledge your pain and your responsibility
    It’s alright to feel the pain, even if it’s years later. I think realizing that everyone is just a wounded child even yourself, helps to make it a little easier because you can try to understand and have compassion, realizing that they have a totally different perspective on life because of the experiences that they’ve had.
  4.  Forgive them and yourself: 
    This doesn’t excuse their behaviors, and it doesn’t give them the right to do it again, forgiving someone is a gift you give yourself, because by not forgiving you’re giving them power over your thoughts and emotions. When you forgive you are releasing it.  You deserve to give yourself the time to heal, no matter how long it takes. Inside the circle are you and the divine. TAKE THE TIME TO HEAL.
  5.  Focus on happy:  
    Bring your awareness back to the present, while appreciating your life now.
