Hi, I’m Maria,
I’m so thankful that you stumbled upon my website. I hope you can find something useful and meaningful to you here. I love to help others and I’m super passionate about self-development and spirituality and sharing what I learn with others. Hey we’re all in this together, this journey of life. So many people have reached out to help me through-out my life and through books that I’ve read, and it’s my turn and responsibility to give back. I enjoy reading, learning and growing as a person and sharing what I learn with others, so we can all rise up and live our best lives.
Everything I teach, write and speak about comes from personal experiences. I read and studied and applied what I have learned for years and I have changed and transformed my entire life in every area. I learned from so many great teachers before me. The concepts that I teach are nothing new, but it’s a collaboration of many great teachers and of course my own spin on it because of my experiences.
Connecting to spirit, our inner spirit and our God/Universe/Source/higher power through prayer and meditation is something that I love to do. For me it is the single most important thing that you can do everyday, all day. It grounds, inspires and leads me. I talk about that more in my blog posts.
I love creating and expressing myself through writing and have been doing it my entire life. I knew I was called to write and put it out into the world, even though I tried to avoid it due to fear and anxiety. It’s something that I had to work on within myself so that I could encourage and uplift others.
All the topics of my blog posts that I’ve written about are all from personal experience and processes that I’ve done and worked through. I’ve literally changed my entire life by using the life skills and techniques that I share. I’ve learned these from others through reading and applying them to my life. We’re all in this life experience together. Let’s love life.
I’m also a Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Friend and Mom to 2 fur babies. I hope that you can find something meaningful to you in my writing.
