Do you want to know how to eliminate early morning sadness? This is a real thing for some folks and if you don’t nip it in the bud you can find yourself going down a slippery slope. Sure early morning sadness is natural sometimes, but if you find that it’s happening way to often, know that you can control it. There are things that you can do to ease the discomfort and you can be happy in no time.
Intention
Make it your intention to start the day off with enthusiasm. You can choose your thoughts and vibration/energy that you want to emanate. You can start your day off with a good intention before you go to bed. I know because I’ve studied how to live the best life that I can, I’ve read a lot of books and applied what I’ve learned in my life and we do have the power to choose. Some of life’s events are not in our control it’s true, but there are a tremendous amount of things that Are in our control and eliminating early morning sadness is one of them.
Causes
There are a lot of reasons that you could be experiencing early morning sadness. It could be from the overwhelming thoughts of starting your day, It could be a result of the out of control dreams that you were dreaming the night before, anxiety at night is leaving you tossing and turning.
There could be scientific causes like hormonal or chemical imbalances, lack of sleep, fatigue, or major changes in your life. Not getting enough exposure to sunlight, exercise or poor diet can also be contributors. Check to see if it is early morning sadness or depression. There is a difference. If it’s depression the techniques I give you will help for that as well.
Appreciate
As soon as you wake up think thoughts of gratitude. Think of three things that you’re grateful for and really feel them and appreciate them. Most of the time you will think of many others and It will change your energy. You’ll feel more positive.
Journal
Write your thoughts down in a journal to clear your mind, get all your thoughts out on paper, just purge your thoughts, then make lists for the day.
Visualize
Take a moment to visualize something that you want to show up in your life. Actually, spend time imagining yourself living in this life.
Practice self-care
I can’t say this enough ” You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of other people in your life.”
Whatever that means to you. Putting yourself first is NOT selfish it’s necessary. Create routines and habits using these techniques that will help you to live and love your best life for YOU, so that You can be there fully and at your best for the people that you love.
Eliminate early morning sadness, set your intentions for the day, be careful of the thoughts that you choose to think, practice gratitude, imagine what you would like to see in your life and see it coming so that you can intentionally create the day and the life that you dream of.
