Keep your power. Once you find your power you have to learn to keep it. As I go through life I realize the importance of keeping the power that I have diligently worked so hard to find. It’s my power given to me by God. It’s a gift for me and you. It helps when you keep the connection to source, spirit, God, my inner self, always going back to that peace calm grounded center within.
For me it’s…
- Through prayer and meditation
- Being by myself for a while
- Free writing in my journal daily about 6 pages to get thoughts out and sort them and then listening to the great power that I/we have available to us.
- Stopping and just being in the present moment. Disconnecting and feeling the space around me open.
Connecting to what’s real and true, the energy of source, God and spirit. The energy that really knows who you are and what you’re capable of. A source that doesn’t see you with limited eyes. But rather see’s you as the greatness you truly are. It’s beautiful to be in its presence. It’s like basking in sunlight, warmth, love, goodness, kindness, grace and beautiful energy. BEING LEAD AND GUIDED AND DIRECTED AND SPOKEN TO BY A GREAT TEACHER, HEALER, WISDOM, FRIEND, without judgment.
The teacher sees you as brilliant, intelligent, wise, lovely, beautiful, graceful, good, capable, strong, courageous, brave, bountiful because you are. You are not limited when you are in the presence of God. THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE TO BE and although we can’t stay here constantly because we live in the world with a lot of other things going on and not everyone thinks and feels like this. We can make the choice of coming here often to get our power and strength and whatever else we need to rise up and be our best selves and live our life with our power. Keep looking up because once you find your power you have to learn to keep it.
