Are you feeling stuck?  We all get stuck sometimes, don’t get to hung up on it. Sometimes it’s worse than other times,  the thing is you don’t want to get stuck there too long, causing you to feel crippled where you can’t move.
if you take some steps to move forward.  Just the thought of this can bring you some relief. Everyone has ups and downs in one way or another at one time or another,  it’s completely normal, you’re not alone. But how you face and deal with them can help you to get un-stuck faster.

There’s always a way to change every situation. Some things take longer than others, it depends on what it is. The important thing is to try to move forward. The first step is to be willing and realize that it won’t last forever. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK.

  1.  Self -care day: Have a day where you do whatever you want to do. It’s all about you this day.  Take a hot shower, bath, smell good scents, like essential oils, a fragrant flower, light a candle. Give yourself a facial mask, deep conditioning treatment on your hair put makeup on, get your nails done, a pedicure.
  2.  Exercise: Walk your dog or just walk by yourself.  Go for a run. stretch. do yoga. take a class. do weights.
  3. Eat healthy: nutritious foods. drink water. limit sugar and salt.
  4.  Nature:  Go outside and be in nature. Listen to the birds sing. look at the beautiful sky the clouds, the trees,  animals around you, pet your dog.
  5. laugh, watch a funny movie.
  6. Remember past accomplishments. What have you done that went well?
  7. Think of some good things about yourself.
  8. Listen to your favorite music, sing, dance.
  9. Be Still: Just sit and be in the present moment.
  10. Recite: positive quotes and affirmations.
  11. Meditate and pray: Daily and breathe deeply.
  12. Dream, visualize, imagine: Some things you would like to see in your life to manifest.
  13. Create: Paint, draw, write or do another hobby that you enjoy. Have fun.
  14. Goals: List some things that you would like to achieve in your life, even if they are in the distant future. Set new intentions.
  15. Grateful now: Think of some things that you have now that you’re already grateful for. Don’t get to stressed about them, you’re just thinking.
  16. Photos: Look at old photos that bring you to a happy time.
  17. Talk it out:  Reach out to a kind caring, friend.
  18. Plan a trip: Even a small getaway is a good refresher.
  19. Write: Keep a journal or just write your feelings down on paper and throw it away, It gets your feelings out.
  20. Read self- help,  self- improvement, inspirational books
  21.  Go to a counselor
  22. Pray: Talk to God and thank him for what you do have and ask for what you need. Give God your problems and he’ll give you solutions.
  23. Remember that while you are moving out of your current situation of being stuck, even though it feels lousy at the time and feels like it’s lasting longer,  it won’t last forever,  especially if you’re taking steps forward and trying. This is your journey through life, uniquely yours,  It’s not going to look like anyone else’s and that’s ok.  Your life is up to you.These are things that you can do when feeling stuck.
